Our clinic was established in 1995 and is 100% Physiotherapist-owned (Brian Gastaldi, Registered Physiotherapist; Janice Moreside, Registered Physiotherapist).

Registered Physiotherapy

Physiotherapists are Registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. They are highly trained Orthopaedic Physiotherapists with a passion for helping people effectively manage their pain, and maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. Physiotherapists use individualized assessment techniques of the musculoskeletal system including strength testing, functional movement, and activity based assessment to develop a comprehensive understanding of each patient's specific injury or concern.

Registered Massage Therapy

Massage Therapy consists of hands-on manipulation of the soft tissues of the body, specifically the muscles, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments and joints for the purpose of optimizing health. Massage Therapy provides a therapeutic effect to the body and optimizes health and well-being by acting on the muscular, nervous and circulatory systems to reduce stress, promote tissue relaxation, manage physical dysfunction, and help manage pain. Physical function can be developed, maintained and improved.

Certified Athletic Therapy

Certified Athletic Therapists are trained in on-field emergency injury care, as well as in-clinic care to facilitate recovery, function and performance for athletes and active individuals. Clinically, Certified Athletic Therapists provide assessment, treatment and care of athletic injuries. They engage in rehabilitative therapy including electrical, thermal and mechanical modalities, athletic taping, as well as educate and provide guidance to patients in the treatment, rehabilitation and reconditioning following an injury.

Certified Pedorthic Services

We are happy to provide a comprehensive personalized assessment to determine your foot-care needs and provide an appropriate treatment plan. If custom foot orthotics are indicated, as the designers, fabricators and providers of the highest quality, most effective and best-fitting custom foot orthotics in Canada, we will fit you with a comfortable, premium hand-crafted product. Our training, experience, expertise and knowledge assures comfort and effectiveness for quicker results and faster relief of pain.
